Winter Concert
We are looking forward to the concert our Marimba, Orchestra and Choir, as well as our 3rd graders, will be putting on tomorrow, December 12, at 6:00 pm, in the cafeteria. All of the groups have all been working hard to learn their songs and are excited to perform them for our families. |

A Night at the North PolePTO is hosting a free family event on Friday, December 13 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Students must attend with an adult chaperone. There will be a few different stations including showing a couple different holiday classic movies in the cafeteria, a crafts, and a photo opportunity with Santa sponsored by Realife Photography. Families will get one complimentary printed picture and may choose to purchase more. PTO will also be selling low cost concessions to enjoy while watching the holiday classics. Be sure to bring a blanket or camp chair to sit on in the cafeteria. If you are interested in helping at the event, please email ssvmustangspto@gmail.com to let us know. |

Spirit Day Fun!
Show your festive spirit by joining us with our Christmas Spirit Week. Check out this link to see each day's theme. These spirit days will culminate with our Holiday Assembly on Friday, December 20 at 2:30 pm in the cafeteria. This assembly will have some festive tunes and also include our principals getting sprayed with silly string by the students who earned the opportunity through the Mustang Stampede. Those students raised the most money in their grade level. They are Henry L., Maisie D., Lincoln E., Kai B., Brecken M., and Gianna M.!

Penguin Patch Holiday Store
Students have enjoyed purchasing items for freinds and family in this year's store. The store will be open one more day on Wednesday, December 18 during the school day. If you want to shop with them ahead of time, click here for a slideshow of all of the items.

Giving Tree & Food Drive
Thanks so much to all of the families who have brought back their giving tree gifts with the tags attached. If you took a tag off of the tree, please remember to return the wrapped presents by December 16. We have just one more week left of the food drive our students are doing in parntership with Kennewick High School! Please be sure any donations are turned in by Tuesday, December 17 for the donation to be counted towards the pizza party contest.
